Q. What is your preferred payment method?

A. PayPal. However, if you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay securely using your credit card.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery since each piece of jewelry is individually made by the designer. Certain production times are required.

Q. What Shipping and Handling methods do you use?

A. Shipping:& Handling

We ship via U.S. Postal Service Standard First Class Mail. Priority Mail or Overnight is available for an additional charge.  Shipping Insurance is included. We can also ship worldwide - please contact us for International Shipping rates.

B. Packaging:

Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged in its own sturdy custom gift box to prevent shifting and/or damage in transit.

Q. What if I am not satisfied with my order?

A. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase you may return it to us for a refund (less shipping charges). Pay Pal refunds will be given upon receipt of returned merchandise in good condition.

Q. What if I want a design in a style not shown, or in a different color?

Q. How do I care for my Austrian Crystal jewelry?

A. Please handle jewelry with care! Austrian Crystal is beautiful and fragile! Clean crystal surfaces gently with a clean, dry cotton cloth or a Q-tip to remove smudges and dust.
